The grinders (granulators) for plastic materials of series TRYLLY SILENT are endowed with sound-proofing box to reduce the noise caused by the grinding operation. These grinders (granulators) are constructed in such a way to allow an easy access to the inside components for cleaning and maintenance. The grinded material is collected in a big capacity drawer located under the grinding group of the grinder (granulator), or (option) it is directly transported to collecting containers by suitable transport system which are optionally available.

This plant automatically transfers plastic wastes from production point, cools wastes, then grinds (granulates) the wastes, separates plastic granules from possible metal residuals, mixes the recycled plastic granules with virgin/colouring/additive materials and transfers the mixed materials to the hopper of the production machine.
