Thermoforming machines and Ancillaries

Sheets ovens of FCF/40L Series: electric sheets ovens operating with hot air forced circulation for drying and for the pre-heating of thermoplastic sheets. The sheets ovens are available for different sheets sizes starting from mm 2.080x1.100. The temperature can be programmed and controlled by means of an electronic instrument.
The thermoplastic sheets easily absorb moisture; this problem causes bubbles which mark by pricks and “orange peel look” the thermoformed products. The sheets ovens FCF/40L are designed to eliminate the moisture presence from the sheets and/or to pre-heat these ones before their thermoforming process on manually loaded machines. The pre-heated sheets which are extracted from sheets ovens and which are immediately loaded onto the thermoforming machines, obviously need a lower time for softening. As a consequence, with sheets ovens it's possible to increase the production capacity. The sheets must be inserted in the sheets ovens in vertical position one on the side of the other one in an apposite rack (removable). Thanks to special construction and functioning features of the sheets ovens FCF/40L, sheets are heated uniformly. Maximum working temperature of sheets ovens FCF/40L: 150°C.
