Thermoforming machines and Ancillaries

All ATEM water chillers are designed in order to operate in continuous service even in the hardest duty conditions. The use of braze-welded evaporators for water chilling in ATEM water chillers and of special finned condensers, makes particularly efficient the frigorific cycle of ATEM water chillers and allows to reduce the overall dimension. The water chillers of series RF are endowed with condensation centrifugal fans which have high flow rate and high head and cause high thermic exchange, producing minimum noise levels. The use of condensation centrifugal fans (instead of helical fans) in water chillers, on one hand allows to distribute, into the workshop by means of canalizations, the hot air produced by the condensers (with evident high savings in costs for workshop heating during cold periods), on the other hand it allows to completely eject the hot air outside the workshop (avoiding in such a way to overheat the workshop during the hot periods).
Water chillers of series RF are designed to chill machines, to chill industrial cycles and for air conditioning. The water chillers RF are available with different chilling powers, from kW 10,5 (r.u./h. 9.000) till kW 697 (r.u./h. 600.000).
ATEM water chillers have obtained the Conformity Certificate to European Directive 97/23/CE (Pressure Equipments): Conformity Certificate No. PED081AA001.

RF water chillers having power higher than kW 87.2 (frig/h. 75.000) are composed by modular independent units, which allow considerable energy savings thanks to the balanced managing (by means of the control PC) of the insertion of the different frigorific groups which compose water chillers.

The medium and high power RF water chillers are endowed with display computer which allows to set and to control many functioning parameters, it automatically manages the water chillers functions and it advise of misfunctionings by means of acoustic/luminous alarms and indicating the detected problems on the display.

The little power water chillers RF are endowed with electronic instrument with display for the setting of the functioning parameters; the control and command instruments automatically manages the chillers functions according the parameters values set and signals eventual misfunctionings.

It is available the series of water chillers RF REM with remote condensers pleaceable outside the workshop. This solution allows to furtherly reduce the overall dimensions of water chillers and to completely eliminate the noise coming from the condensing fans in the working places.
